National Government Rules for Permits governing Transportation

of Military Supplies

Promulgated and Enforced 30th August, 1937.

Article 1 (1)

Article 2(10)

Permits shall be taken out in accordance

with the rules hereinafter laid down, in all

cases of the transportation of military supplies

(Form of permit appended)

The Permits mentioned in the preceding

article shall be prepared and stamped by the

National Government and shall be issued after due

investigation by the Ministry of War. At

internals of three months, the Ministry of War

shall compile a register for transmission

together with the permit fees to the Ministry

of Finance and shall forward the permit

counterfoils with a remort to the Executive

Yuan for submission to the National Government

for record.

Article 3 (2)

For the purposes of these regulations,

term "military supplies" shall be understood to

include the following artial; -

the

1. Arms and ammunition, and machinery or

materials for the manufacture of the same.
